For our older teens, we can also offer more extensive cosmetic treatments to improve the overall smile, brighten the teeth, and replace missing permanent teeth. Sometimes oral surgery is needed to remove teeth, expose impacted teeth or repair damage from an injury. Dental Implants can be inserted to replace missing permanent teeth for our older teens and adults. We have a Board-Certified Oral Surgeon conveniently in our Smile Houzz facility to make coordination of care and communication easy for you or your child.
