The parent, responsible party, or adult patient is financially responsible for all fees pertaining to care in this office. We do accept many insurances but keep in mind that insurance companies rarely pay for the full fee for any service. Payment is expected at the time service is rendered.
We will do our best to give you an estimate of your insurance coverage and co-pays. If your insurance decides to pay differently than they initially stated, then the difference in reimbursement is your responsibility. If your insurance pays less than the original estimate, we will send you a bill for the remaining balance. The opposite is true as well – If the insurance overpays compared to the estimate, a credit will be applied to your account.
We gladly accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa, and Debit cards. Estimated benefits will be calculated for you and your anticipated portion will be required in full prior to your child’s routine dental treatment or any oral surgery.
Oral Surgery and Extensive Restorative appointments will need to be reserved with a co-pay or down payment.
Orthodontic care financials are more flexible since it is a service over time. All payment arrangements benefit from in-house 0% financing with monthly payments available. We do offer discounts for payments in full and multi-family member discounts.
