Parent chairside during appointment

We welcome parents in the clinical areas. Once you have seen how our doctors and staff interact with your child or teen, we hope that you will feel comfortable allowing us to provide the recommended dental services in your absence. Most kids and teens behave better without the parent in the treatment areas. However, you are always welcome to come to the back with your child for any appointment other than anesthesia or sedation.

Cancellations and No Shows

Insufficient notification of cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no shows for routine appointments will result in a $25 charge applied to your account balance. Repeated cancellations or failures to attend scheduled appointments may result in termination of the patient-doctor relationship. If this occurs, our office will attempt to find you a provider that maybe a better fit for your scheduling needs.
